Gatling peashooter2/29/2024 The Peashooter cannot move until all peas are fired, unless you press the Pea Gatling ability button again. This ability allows the Peashooter to dig into the ground and fire 100 peas like a full auto Gatling gun. Sombrero Bean Bomb requires a 30 second recharge period before it can be used again. The Sombrero Bean Bomb takes longer to explode than the Chili Bean Bomb, but it has a bigger blast radius. It explodes a few seconds after being released, and draws Spawnable Zombies to it. This ability sends an explosive bean out that can vanquish any zombie near it. Chili Bean Bomb requires a 40 second recharge period before it can be used again. The Chili Bean Bomb is quicker to explode compared to the Sombrero Bean Bomb, but it has a smaller blast radius. Peashooter has multiple ability options, but only one ability can be chosen for each of the three slots. Furthermore, Ice Peas slow down zombies and eventually freezes them. The peas that are fired from the Pea Cannon have splash damage, which means they can injure the enemy without directly hitting them, but the damage will be reduced. This is a semi-automatic weapon with a 12 round magazine. To avoid them being overwhelmed, try to only have a select number of zombies in the lane until they are all eliminated. The primary weapon is the Ice Pea Cannon. Since the zombies are moving in the same direction as the peas, the Repeater might struggle a bit as the target moves further, speficially when they're dangerously close to the player's house. This variant provides phenomenal support in fighting strong zombies like Gargantuars since it can constantly chip them from behind. In Vasebreaker, the Split Pea never appears, with its role superseded by a Repeater that fires backwards. The player should remember however, that flaming peas can remove ice-based effect from their direct target, making plants like Ice-shroom less effective, but not their splash damage targets. Like other pea-firing plants, Repeater benefits greatly from the use of Torchwood, as the latter can ignite peas passing through it, doubling their damage and giving them small splash damage. However, Repeater continues to suffer from some of Peashooter's weaknesses, namely poor crowd control capability and the inability to bypass Screen Door Zombie and Ladder Zombie's shields. This is further improved by the fact that Gatling Pea, Repeater's upgrade, is capable of the highest damage per second potential in the game under the right condition. This means that while the player will have more difficulty deploying Repeater early, the plant itself will prove to be much more useful as the level progresses. Overall, Repeater could be considered as two Peashooters combined into a single plant, with double the firepower and sun cost of the average Peashooter, and the benefit of space conservation, costing less than 2 Peashooters, and a faster recharge rate. Costing $5000 to buy and 250 Sun to plant, Gatling Pea is capable of shooting four peas at a time. A reverse version of Repeater appears in the Vasebreaker mode starting with To the Left, functioning identically to Split Pea's back head. In Beghouled and Beghouled Twist, Repeater acts as Peashooter's upgrade, costing 1000 sun. He can be upgraded to the Gatling Pea for 250 sun upon purchasing from Crazy Dave's Twiddydinkies for $5000. Repeater is obtained after beating Level 1-8, and is the last non-mushroom plant received in the Day stage. About For more information about this character, see Repeater.
